Hyderabad : AgriGold case has come up for hearing before the Telangana High Court bench on Tuesday. In accordance with the stand of the Supreme Court to resolve the issue as soon as possible, the Telangana High Court has increased the speed. It has reacted favourably to the affidavit filed by the AgriGold management. Hearing was adjourned to next Tuesday. In an affidavit filed on 18 July 2019, the AgriGold management has said that it would clear all the dues in four years by developing and disposing of properties through joint ventures. It has submitted another affidavit recently. The gist of the affidavit is that the management is prepared to mobilize funds at different levels.

New Delhi: Three farm laws made in the Parliament are anti-democratic and the opposition leaders will meet President Ramnath kovind tomorrow, said CPI (M) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury on Tuesday. He said that more than 20 political parties supported Bharat Bandh which means majority are against the new farm laws.

Amravati: Eluru town in Andhra Pradesh has witnessed a mysterious illness making hundreds of people sick with complaints of multiple symptoms for two days. Reasons for the disease is not yet identified, but the town is gripped with fear due to this unknown disease. Nearly 340 people were rushed to hospital after they complained of epilepsy, headache and muscular pains. One person died and 168 have been discharged as per government doctors’ report on Monday evening. More than 60 doctors including specialists are monitoring the situation and household health survey was conducted in 58,000 houses to know the facts.
Amravati: Initial reports as per AIIMS confirm that traces of metals Lead and Nickel were found in the blood samples of the affected people in Eluru which is now termed as “Mysterious Illness”.
New Delhi: The farmers’ protest against Centre’s new farm laws got support from all opposition parties for ‘Bharat bandh’ called by them on Dec 8th. As per the Bharatiya Kisan Union spokesperson Rakesh, bandh is to oppose few policies of the government on new farm laws. Due to the bandh, supply of necessities like fruits and vegetables may be halted in Delhi and rest of the country.
